WEB SITE PROJECT

At the beginning of the semester, you chose a topic from our textbook. Since then you have written several papers and done homework assignments that in some way have to do with that topic. This project is a type of portfolio of that work. When your web site is finished, as a result of drawing from the various types of arguments you have thought about and written over the semester, it should culminate into one final representation of your views. I imagine, like many things, the web site will not be about the topic you chose at the beginning of the semester, exactly. I’m curious as to how your thinking changed and moved from one idea to the next, or one paper to the next. The website should include but not be limited to the following:

• A brief autobiography including:
• Introduction to you as the author of this site
• Why you picked the topic you did
• A brief review of the topic you chose and a summary of changes of thinking throughout the semester
• A copy of your rhetorical analysis
• A copy of your movie critique
• Definition of key terms regarding your essays
• A copy of your causal analysis
• A copy of your proposal essay
• Pictures that may have to do with your topic, or may help the audience know you
• A work cited page
• A copy of your annotated bibliography
• A brief rebuttal of your proposal paper (TBA)
• Your fallacy list (TBA)
• Contact information
• Interesting links
• An example of a work of cultural significance (a poem, picture of a sculpture, artwork, media clip, etc)
